A vital component of the ViCAFE Espresso Bars are the talented baristas working behind the counter. The series “Behind the espresso bar” was created to showcase the different ViCAFE locations and the baristas working there.

As the first partner in collaboration with GaeaStar in Switzerland, ViCAFE launched the claycup. A reusable cup made of clay, salt and water. At an internal launch event, all baristas working at ViCAFE were introduced to the new cup, its origin and the specific production process.
